Possible Olive egger cockrel? Age 5 weeks

I know it is a bit early at age 5 weeks, to tell in appearance. But if ya'll could possibly help me with this POSSIBLE cockrel OE. He/she's personality and stance is very different from the others.
Meet Jasper...If indeed is a roo.

Jasper's personality differs from the others in a way that he/she is more standoffish, and always appears to be on guard. When I am around he/she will usually stand in the back (unless snacks are involved). He/she doesn't peck around as the much as the others (unless someone has something interesting)
Definitely more of a 'loner type' chick.
Jasper is also mostly black, as opposed to the black with grayish white flecks of the other OEs, and the black and white cuckoo marans.
Jasper is much larger in structure, with much larger legs than the others even though hatch date is the same

I am not 100% on the mixes, as the hatchery has a few that will give OE. However, I am going with Cream LegbarXCuckoo Maran.

Cant really tell much under the red light.

under regular white light, take a pic of chick while it is standing, from the side. Seeing legs, feathering and feather color is helpful. If needed, take an additional pic of face so can see the comb, wattles.

May need to wait until closer to 12 weeks to be sure. An OE is a mix, so can be harder to tell gender sometimes until hackle feathers come in.

Upon examination, I found the beginning of possible spurs? However as I under stand it, some hens can grow them as well?
