Shoot, I was worried that's what that could beI see a possible excreted tapeworm strand in his feces. I can also see what appear to be horizontal segments in the strand. Since he has been outside, there's the possibility that he ate an insect that was infected with a tapeworm, and then your rooster got infected.
Go to a feed store and purchase Equimax equine paste and worm your rooster with it, and repeat dosing in 10-14 days.
Dosage is 0.16ml for a 5lb bird given orally. You can put the paste on a piece of bread and let him eat it. The praziquantel in the horse paste will kill the tapeworm.
Just for your info; sometimes worms can cause green diarrhea.
