Potential Eye Injury?

Hello everyone, just a few weeks ago I had noticed my Silver Laced Sebright's corner eye bubbling. Except now, just this week I looked at her eyes, and her waterline looks to be not even as the other eye. Her right eye almost looks like it was trying to heal itself from an injury?? I'm not quite sure what happened or if I didn't notice her eye sooner from more of an obvious cause. So, with that I just want to make sure she will be alright with this bit of an abnormality with how her eye looks like it healed, her eyes are bright and clear, no sign of infection or irritation. Please recommend anything I should or need to do for treatment if necessary. Any other advice and input is much appreciated.

Looks like she has some debris caked on her face and on the lower lid. The lower lid looks like it may have been injured or torn at some point but has healed.

I'd flush her eye with saline, remove the debris and if necessary, but an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye.

I assumed it was from a potential injury, but I don't understand what she could have gotten herself into since I monitor my birds whenever I let them out, although they've been in their hen house only most of the time because the run is still being fully wired for them to go out with no supervision necessary. So, the only reason would maybe be from another hen who pecked her, but why the eye? It seems a little doubting thinking a chicken would peck the eye if they got too close. All in all, I will flush her eye to clean the healed area since it has healed. Would water not do so much when cleaning the area of the eye? Or should saline work just fine for her? I just dont really want to apply ointment to the area if the wound has already started healing itself just fine.

They can get an injury from being pecked or sticking their head through wire, get poked in the eye, etc.

Eyes are shiny, chickens peck at shiny things. Could be she had something on her face an another pecked at it a bit too forceful - hard know, but either way, she has a minor injury.

Use saline to flush the eye and clean it, remove any dirt.
