I saw that they used your description for Mandarins as their own description.

I do have a copywrite on my site not sure how enforceable that is though. In the past i have only asked for things to be removed, sometimes they were sometimes not, i did not push it that much. But it had always been other farms that were actually selling birds. this new site appears to be completely fake and now I am worried about my content being out there on a large totally fraudulent site. So far I haven't found any one that has actually ordered from them so can't really call them a scam for sure, but it sure seems like one. Before or after ordering?
Edit, I see you didn't. Can you flag them for copywrite infringe
You can go to their hosting company and request they take down the material they scraped from your site. Great article , thanks for posting that link.I actually had written an article a few months ago. It's mostly about Facebook scams, but that payment info you posted is a HUGE red flag. Friends and family is no way to do business with people who are not "friends and family."

I have formally asked for them to remove my content, waiting on a reply regarding this request. I have also alerted the host that the sight is a potentially a fraudulent site. Not really expecting them to do anything about the fraud but at least I tried. You can go to their hosting company and request they take down the material they scraped from your site.
