Today I canned: 9 jelly jars of grape jelly, 6 pints of grape juice, 4 jars of dill pickles and 5 jars of dilly beans. :)

Bought a few things to start fermenting. I have never done it before, not even sour dough starter. Anyone got any tips or recipes?
What are you planning to ferment? Making yogurt is different from making Kombucha, or sourdough.

There are so many cool things I want to try to preserve/make with fermentation. World enough and time, world enough and time...
