Pressure sore or Bumblefoot?

So my 15 month old Silkie roo has these little scabs on the bottom of both his feet. No lameness, still high energy, they don't seem to bother him. I took him to the vet 10 days ago and he thinks they are more like pressure sores than bumblefoot. What do y'all think? I'm treating him with Epsom salt and applying SSD cream per doctor's orders. They don't seem to be getting better or worse. The scabs have been removed one time and there is just skin underneath, no dead tissue or blood. Should I be concerned? Or just keep treating and go with the flow?

Looks like bumblefoot to me, and it may be healing? It looks to me that that is the case I would keep treating. @Eggcessive

I would continue treating. What is SSD cream, silvadene? Are you putting a 2x2 dressing on the foot? That might pad her foot, but don’t get it too tight.
