Problem Child Buff Orpington

She has been chirping loudly and eating and drinking like nothing is happening it’s really strange I’m starting to think it’s just normal behavior since she is young but I’ve heard buff Orpingtons are chill but she’s the most aggressive of them all. I will definitely take them off the shaving and on paper towels since I don’t have anything softer, thank you for tagging people i don’t want to lose her for something that can be prevented. :) Btw the wetness is aquaphor and I put her in with the rest of the chicks because the wound isn’t red anymore they would peck the red bump but now that it’s yellow they don’t touch it

Here's a link to an older thread: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/unabsorbed-yolk-sack-help.463890/

There were several people having similar issues so there maybe some ideas and things to try until someone else responds. :fl :hugs I hope everything works out, good luck.

That’s really sweet lol I will put something soft with them inside so they can cuddle like a old sock or smth thank you for responding what breeds do you have in your flock and which ones are the best and chill that you have
I actually played "music to sleep to" on Spotify and my chicks would zonk out in a few minutes. Honestly, I was just trying the have background music so every little noise wouldn't wake them. I was surprised by how well it worked.

I have two sets of chicks , two weeks apart. My older set, 3 black jersey giants, 3 golden laced Wyandotte’s, a americauna and a buff Orpington(the only rooster). Then my older set is 6 black midnight majesty Marans , 2 rhoad island reds , 2 Easter eggers.
My all time favorite is the jersey giants. They are so sweet!! Come right up to me and jump up on me and just sit down. It’s gonna be somthing when they do it when full grown at 10+ lbs😆 the rest of them are all very sweet. The Americauna is stand offish butt is coming around on her own terms. One of my Marans that’s doesn’t look like the other 5 , she’s extremely timid.

For the navel scab, it should be cleaned with betadine or alcohol and let it dry out.
why is everyone saying different things ive watched two videos that one says let it dry out and cut it off but one says moisturize it and let it fall off, but i trust you ill clean her and let it dry thank you sir. and i think you solved it when i dried her the best i could she stopped chirping

Everyone has different experiences and opinions.

The navel is sticking out a bit, but it's certainly not at a stage where anything needs to be cut off.
Perhaps if you linked the videos those may be helpful. I can see if an unabsorbed yolk sac is being drug around by the umbilical, it's possible one may want to cut it off, but generally you want things to dry up and close on their own. No cutting.

This video but thank you she stopped chirping and is doing really good now and more tame I think she was uncomfortable with the aquaphor.
