I processed my first ever three roos today. They were extras that we had picked up and were planning on eating them in a few weeks. They were just making too much noise for my liking (we live in the city and don't want unhappy neighbors). My EE Roo that we are keeping is rather quiet by comparison. Anyway, it went well. They are in the fridge resting as we speak. Could not have done it without the help found here.

I agree,great place to find answers,I butchered my first cornish several weeks ago,,all the information i gathered here made the job go a lot smoother,made me feel like a pro getting to explain in detail the whats and whys of butchering a chicken ,its scary to know how little the younger generation knows about where their food comes from,,and a lot of grownups too,,but if you don,t now,,you don,t know I rekin
