It's a very rare random solar flare and it destabilizes especially one of the bands in broadband communications. Something about zeta and thi frequencies? So it especially tries to "balance out" excess energy by making usually stationary items like profile pics (of all things) spin. Yes. Some forums actually have rotating buttons and WOW glad we dont have that going on! LOL
