Prolapsed Vent - Can a hen be born without an opening for egglaying?

Do you have her isolated......has she pooped?

She is not isolated all of the time, but I watch her closely when she is out and the other chickens aren't bothering her/her vent. She has pooped. It looks normal, soft/formed, but didn't have any white on it. I'm guessing that's because all the white (urea?) was just dripping out onto her feathers instead of pooling inside. The feathers were messy with it this morning.
