Pullet or Cockerel? Any idea of breed?

I agree it's probably a crossbreed but it doesn't look like a roo to me, the tail isn't big enough, nor is the red thing on the top of her head. (sorry, having a brain fart as to what it is called. LOL)

Thank you so much! I am hoping she is a hen - yes def. a cross breed so I can create a breed name lol. It is 14 weeks old as of today.

Well its a cockerel. Thank you all for the opportunity to learn from you. His comb and wattles started coming out darker red and his tail feathers are the giveaway.
