Pullets or cockerels?

Hi there! I have these 3 8ish week old chicks that I'm not 100% sure of. What do you guys think, pullet or cockerel?

Ok, that makes me optimistic. I was really hoping at the very least the second one is a pullet. Its my fav in the bunch so I'm keeping all my toes and fingers crosses

Im more suspicious of the last one, but what specifically makes you suspect the second one?
