Pullets or cockerels?

Hi Braintrust,

I am new to chicken raising. Here is my flock of four. As you can see "One" and "Four" are Barred Plymouth Rocks. "Two" and "Three" are Australorpes. All are about 14 weeks old now.

May not be the best shot, but wanted to see what do you think those are? especially with the Australorpe (Two)? Pullers? Cockrels?

Ur good! 14 weeks is 3 1/2 months and most birds are full grown at 6 months and mature at 8-10 months!
