I recently noticed over the past month that one of my chickens has had a dirty vent and I've been keeping an eye on it and just got a new bag of d.e. today. I noticed that every other day her comb turns purple color. What does this mean? Does it mean she has worms because one of my others already has worms and we're treating it now.

I have heard purple ish comb a lot recently.

Pictures are helpful! If you can up load some

It can be a sign of over heating, heart problems, a lack of oxygen in the comb it an mean a lot of different things so if you can post
a picture of her
A picture of her poop (yep I asked for that)
And please tell us if she has unusual behavior sleeping during day things like that.

For now make sure she is eating and drinking lots of fluids.

Also if I worm one, I worm them all since they share the same pecking grounds.

How did you determine she has worms, what kind of worms and what are you treating them with?
DE will not treat worms.

One of them has worms. I'm not for sure about the one I'm talking about above. The other I noticed because I saw it in her stool. What do you mean diatomaceous earth doesn't kill worms?

What do you mean diatomaceous earth doesn't kill worms?
I mean exactly that, feeding DE will not kill internal parasites.
If you saw a worm in the poop, it was probably a round worm?
It important to know what worms you are dealing with and find the proper treatment to kill them.

Sorry to say, Some things still just do not have a herbal cure. You have to decide between chemicals, antobiotics sometimes or death by dispatching.
Worms is one of those things.

If you post poo pics we can help you determine what course of treatment is best and least invasive.
