Purple Egger

I saw some people breeding for purple or magenta eggs? Does anyone know who sells chicks that would lay this color?

Chickens do not lay purple. Any purple eggs you may have seen are likely brown with a purple “bloom” this is a coating on the egg that is easily washed off. They are very pretty though.
Orpingtons and Wyandottes are known to have this bloom on their eggs, they do appear more pink then purple though in general.
