Quail and duck hatch-along

I just bought 2 dozen quail eggs and 1 dozen duck eggs! I got a new incubator, so I bought these eggs to see if it works good. Some of the ducklings will be Swedish mixes, and some will be silver appleyard khaki Campbell mixes. You can pick 1 or 2 eggs and name them once they hatch. The ducks will take 28 days to hatch, and the quail will take around 18.

Sorry that I didn’t say that they hatched, when they hatched I forgot about this. 3 ended up hatching, but I only have a picture of one one of them from when it first hatched, and they hatched on january 22. I’ll try to get pictures of the all of them tomorrow!

This is the duckling that hatched! It looks different now though. I think it is a buff mix.
