Question about nesting and incubation

, i can smell a rotten egg the instant i open the bator and i set 100's at a time, i have never in all my years of hatching but boy have i herd popping in hiden nest that have been abandon and the smell is horrible, dogs love it though.

The same for me, Zaz- I haven't had one explode in an incubator yet, but I remember when we found an abandoned robin's nest and I picked up the little blue eggs to move them... one of them exploded IN MY HAND. POP! I actually ducked before I realized what the sound was, because I thought someone had fired a gun at me! Boy that was the worst smell ever
