I just got my WH eggs in the mail and candled them. Does this look like what I should see on day 1? Also, there last what looks like an air bubble in each of them and when I turn the egg it moves with it. Is this normal? Sorry, first timer. Thanks.

It looks like your eggs have detached air cells, I could be wrong though and yes that does look normal for day 1. On day 1 you won't see anything but the yoke.

From what I've googled it could be that the air sacs have detached. They recommend putting them in egg cartons pointy end down and leaning them at an angle during incubation. Thoughts?

Thanks! Do you think they are still viable?
