This number 13 is well known has a lot of superstition attached to it..many scary movies, Friday 13th and how many lift in big building missing the number 13.
At work we had a discussion about this #13 and many say that it is actually a lucky number.
Thirteen got its bad reputation (supposedly) because of the number of people at the Last Supper: Jesus and the 12 disciples ... and look how that turned out. Unlucky for Jesus, some might say.
But very lucky for the rest of us ...
I learn something new here, I did not know both the stories until now. There is also a strong tie to Norse Mythology and a story where Loki arrived as the 13th guest at a feast in Valhalla and tricked another guest into murdering the god Baldur. Clearly pre-Christianity, but the oldies are the goodies, so they say.
So...what 42 mean? It is the answer, but what it is?Ditto! The answer to Ultimate Question...
