I'm sure. It'll ignore the pet dove and focus on the background instead. If it does focus, sometimes all it takes is for the bird to move its head and the shot gets ruined because it doesn't see the bird head.

Have you tried tapping the screen where you want the cameta to focus?

The other issue is to make sure that you are not inside the minimum focus distance.

I have.

I've hears other people complain about the focus being a bit wonky with this phone, and it seems to be true.

It yells at me if I am too close to something, but it overall seems to not like moving objects like birds when it comes to focus.

I never would have left my landline but they priced themselves out of my life.
