A couple inches below shoulder length. I just recently had about 8 inches cut off.

Buzz cut. I have better things to do with my time than manage my hair especially since it tangles and mats if you even look at it funny. Besides, it eliminates helmet hair and makes dyeing it fun colors trivial. If I want to switch colors all I have to do is wait a few weeks and shave out the old color
