Quincy, Illinois Chickens & Ducks are legal 2019

i wanted to say the ordinance link for our city is not working, but I was able to find it via Google search for Quincy, Il Code Book. But we had a duck in our yard that laid eggs 20 years ago as well as a neighbor who had several.
