Raising chickens

I’m new at raising chickens started in June I have 10 and we really enjoy it so does my husband which I’m surprised. We have ran into some problems so advice would be helpful to us.

We have problems with pasty butt in one of our chickens she is six months old we soak her and remove the poop and a few weeks later she has it back although she pooping. Any suggestions
