Raising Mallards for Meat

My Mallard just hatched 7 babies and we don't really want to keep them. People already eat wild Mallards so can we eat these ones? comment any advice

You certainly can eat them if you will. Some people have trouble eating an animal they have raised, some don't.

I suggest investigating how and when to butcher them. I raise chickens for meat. At which age you butcher them will determine how much meat is available and also how to cook them. Your cooking methods change as they age. Duck meat is quite different from chicken, not sure how that works for ducks.
