Raising money for the animal shelter

ok there are two sites. firstgiving.org which i think you have to be a 501(c)3 to create a page, and givemeaning.com. if you can get them to set up an account on either page, i will donate!!!

If they have a website already, go ahead and post it. Otherwise, they may be able to set up a PayPal account, which would allow people to make donations online.

Our local animal shelter does a yard sale... people donate items and they have a huge yard sale with all proceeds benefitting the animal shelter.

If you have a local Petsmart or Petco in your area, they may let you set out donation cans or set up a table for a bake sale or donations. Maybe you could sell homemade dog treats.

One thing I thought of that I would personally do was when my girls start laying, sell the eggs and give all the money from that to the animal shelter
