Red/purple poo

Found some red/purple poo from our 13 week old chicks. Was only one chick pooping this.
It’s almost like a jelly beet root red
I read this could be normal for shedding if it’s lining in the intestines. But that it could also be coccidiosis. We do have corid on hand. We also have goat wormer. How should we precede? Other than the poo the birds seem very healthy. Eating and all today.

Was there any way for the chick to have gotten some sort of berries? It doesnt look like cocci in my opinion as it is purpley.

With caution. Just watch and wait for a while. As Rose the legbar said, it looks like that bird just feasted on berries yesterday.
