Rhode Island Red has stopped laying

My 1 1/2 yo Rhode Island Red hen started laying at about 6 months. She laid an egg daily until her fist moult a few months ago. She hasn't laid since. She appears healthy and happy. Is this normal?

Yes, pullets often lay over the winter, but hens slow down or stop.

It's normal for them not to lay after molting.. until daylight starts increasing again.. in my experience.

Yep, she should start back up in spring!
