I have a similar problem! We got 3 hens from a friend. I got them last month. I have one laying every day to 3 days. The other two are not laying yet. I was told that stress can cause them to stop laying for a couple of months even. But in fairness the person I got them from didn't know which ones were laying and or how old they were! So I just keep feeding and hoping hahaha! I have some babies we hatched that should be laying by the end of summer!!

They are still fun even if not laying hahahaha.

Funny I had my girls for a few months then we moved into our new house and a couple weeks later started laying! And now we are here. I'm going to take the suggestions of Frost Ranger and see where we go from there. We live in FL so it may be how funky the weather has been lately, who knows!
