We bought our first Rhode Island Red "Lucille Ball" back in Feb/March from a local feed store. She's now about 6-7 months old. Please tell me she's a pullet.

I could have sworn that I heard a very weak crow this morning. Which is why I'm questioning if it's actually a female. She is also very aggressive..even towards me and has bitten me a lot lately.overall body type says pullet, but the tail looks a little too rooster like. I'm not sure on this one.
I agree 100% with this comment. She is definitely a pullet. She is a pullet and should be laying by now.
Check her butt:

Rhode Island Reds have the reputation to be dominant/aggressive and in a flock without rooster may well take his position and act accordingly.
This is our first RIR, so it's a learning experience! She's definitely the rowdy one of the bunch!Yup! Good! Was about to say, she is a pullet.. RIR are known in my flock, to crow super loud!
Congratulations!Update: Lucille Ball started laying today. So that confirms. Thank you everyone!!
