Ringneck doves\fantail pigeons for sale?

I live in East Stroudsburg, pa and I'm looking for a pair of ringneck doves or fantail pigeons. Local would be great, but I wouldn't mind shipping if the price is right.

@clucknquack I do not have either of those breeds. I'm in TN so shipping would be pricey. Have you checked any local pet shops for ringnecks? They are very common. What about craigslist or Facebook groups?

Why either ringnecks or fantails? Why not diamond doves or anything? I hope this helps!
