Ringworm, fungal infection or dry skin?

I was told I should check my hens for ringworm and a fungal infection, but to me it just looks like dry skin? Thoughts? They’re 3 1/2 years old and just getting over a molt, it’s also very cold here and has little to no sun so they could be suffering some form of deficiency. Candy was the bottom of the pecking order in her old flock so she lost her beard, Rat is missing a couple toes from what I’m guessing was frostbite
