They are all pekin x silkies or Pekin/silkie x pekin

Not sure the age but assuming they are still young I would guess that the white frizzle and the black frizzle with reddish straight comb are male and the black frizzle with dark comb is female.

Yeah, a lot depends on age. Assuming they are under say 15 weeks, I agree with the above comments, although I think it is possible the black frizzle with the red comb could be a female because the comb is small.
