Not sure if my hens attacked him or if something got in the coop but I just noticed his comb was coming off a bit in the back. Any advice or help? Not sure what to do.

It looks like an injury. Nothing big. I would just keep an eye on it, make sure it doesn't get infection. Did the blood dry up already?

Welcome To BYC

Looks like he may have gotten his comb caught in fencing. Could be injury from attack.

I'd swab it with some Hibiclen (Chlorhexidine) and apply a little triple antibiotic ointment to the wound to help protect it and help it heal.

Do watch that the hens are not picking at the wound and sores, sometimes they do and this will make the wound(s) worse. If this happens, you may need to separate him until the wound heals well before putting him back with his hens.
