I have a indoor pet silver laced wyandotte rooster who has been inside with me before he started crowing. I have a recording of his very early crowing and its not exactly like yours but very similar. They start off sounding odd like that and eventually refine it as they get older.Just recorded him, here is the link
Im sure its dependent on the individual just like how everyone has a different voice, but since hes a youngster I wouldn't worry. If mine started sounding like that now then it would cause concern. But IMO after spending way more time with a rooster than I ever thought I would, I believe hes ok.
FWIW I feel like you got lucky that he started late, I think mine was crowing much younger and hasn't stopped.
