Rooster doesn't get to eat

He will drink if he is thirsty and eat if hungry when there is enough food ,good roosters will always eat less than the hens

My dominant cockerel is the same. Looks like he eats nothing. Not even treats. But he's the heaviest of the batch so I assume he must be eating something.
