Rooster drama and selection - what should I do?

Dorkings! Nice. I hear those are the most delicious breed of chicken but haven't tried them personally.

I only recently tried one, but he was an older roo. They have nice meaty breasts and good flavor. Hope to add to my flack next year. Nicest roosters I’ve ever owned - but that’s a small sample. They are so docile.
