Rooster getting with Pullets

I saw my rooster today trying to get "together" with several of my 19 week old pullets. Does that mean that they are getting ready to lay since none have started yet? I have both EE and Delawares that are the same age. It was the EE that I saw him trying with.

I just means that he is maturing. "Romeo" our rooster started living up to his name way before my hens started laying. However, at 19 weeks old it may not be too long before you get an egg or two. - but not because of your rooster, just because they are maturing as well.
