Rooster not using leg

Our rooster began holding on of his legs up a couple of weeks ago, we inspected for bumblefoot and found a small spot but were uncertain if it was really
Bummblefoot, see attached. Does bumblefoot occur that close to the toe? I thought it was just on the pad. He’s now laying with his leg sprawled out behind him and will not put weight on it at all. We’ve been giving him drench and electrolytes in his water but he’s losing interest in eating. We’ve done multiple epsom soaks. Does this appear to be a bumble?

It that how it looked when you first saw it, or have you treated it? It looks like a wound, unless you have removed a scab. How old is he? Do you have a picture? Was he vaccinated for Mareks? Do you have another rooster? Could he have been injured? He needs to have mushy wet chicken feed and fluids held up to his beak every 2-3 hours. Can he move his legs at all? I would consider making a chicken sling to make feed him more easy. Here is a good link on chicken sling chairs:
