Rooster passed worried about flock

One of my bantam roosters, Marty, has been sick for the last two weeks. It started with him walking like he was drunk, then his comb became pale, and then he spent most of the day lying down. I took him to the vet and they did a gram stain and saw an abnormal level of bacteria, so I was sent home with meloxicam and enrofloxacin. He had a few days of medicine but was not improving much. The vet said this was okay as he would not improve for at least 5-7 days. He was also sent home with care instructions which included extra nutrients by way of scrambled eggs, fruits, nutrients for his water, and yogurt. I also gave him a little water with pre and probiotics this evening after picking up some Flockleader Recover 911 supplement. I went to give him his antibiotic this evening and when I opened the door to his coop he was falling over and his neck was twisting back with his wings sort of splayed out. I thought maybe his hen knocked him over when I opened the door because he settled down as soon as I wrapped him in the shirt I just warmed in the microwave for him. I gave him his medicine with a syringe down the side of his throat and he didn’t fight me at all like he usually does. And no coughing or gurgling afterward. I carried him to get his heating pad and was walking back to his coop when he started to vocalize), I sat him down on my couch and tried to unwrap him, and his neck started twisting again and then just passed. It looked like some sort of seizure, or maybe he was in pain. I have never seen anything like this and I am so worried about the rest of my flock. He didn’t have mites when I checked him before the vet visit, but I noticed something on him tonight when I was holding him (wondering if he became more susceptible while he has been sick). Some other things to note: His poop has been watery, but no blood. His neck has been sideways since I rescued him a few years ago, so I am unsure of the cause. He lives in a coop with one hen who has shown no symptoms at all and their coop is next to two others with a hen and a roo each, and none of them are showing symptoms.

Has anyone had a roo pass like this? What should I be doing for the rest of my flock? Is there a reason his hen is showing no symptoms? We are so sad to have lost Marty, and so worried we will lose more. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you still have him, you can send his body for a necropsy. Keep his body cold (refrigerated), but not frozen.

Are you in the US? If so, what state?

I'm sorry you lost him.

Maybe he just had a bad immune system, it happens sometimes.
If no other bird has symptoms, just keep monitoring. Since it's been 2 weeks already, it's likely that whatever the boy had, the rest of the flock won't be affected.
If you want to replace him, you can try to incubate some of his eggs. They might still be fertile.
