That looks like pecking injuries more than fowl pox. Is poor Sir Clucks Alot being henpecked?

I don't see anything crusty or yellowish scabs that could be fowl pox.

Looks like fighting injuries. Do you have other roosters or could someone have run him into fence wire? It should heal in time, but if there are other roosters, he may need to be separated from them.

I was wondering if our other rooster might be the cause of this. He does well with all the hens. I have a Rhode Island Red named Big Red who isn't the nices rooster, he attacks my kids also, I havent seen him be mean to Sir Clucks Alot but Ive seen him chase him, he might be the culprit! Will have to take Big Red out of the flock cuz he's a bit rough with my hens too. Sir Clucks Alot is a gentleman!

I would definitely separate the other rooster, Big Red, if he is not the one you will be keeping. I don’t tolerate a mean rooster, or one who harms hens. Roosters will fight to be the dominate one.
