Rooster with Vent Gleet or Prolapse? Please help!

Perhaps I should separate their treats from their food, so it's a special occasion. I've been sprinkling them on top of their food so they probably just expect the combo now. I would love to let them forage throughout the whole yard, but I'm just too scared. We have a lot of coyotes and bobcats, even during the day. I'll definitely make some coop improvements. For now, their coop has a narrow tunnel that attaches to a 10x20 structure that is decently protected (carport frame covered with wire mesh, so not an overnight situation). That structure is nested inside a fenced 24x24 foot area, but the fence is only 3 feet high, so when we let them in their to forage we make sure to watch them. I might work up the courage into letting them all the way out in the afternoons, but our neighbor has announced to all predators that the area is a never ending animal buffet by way of never cooking his animals and just replacing them as they are picked off. Since he moved in the coyote and bobcat activity has over doubled.
