Anyone else having early closing issues with the “Run Chicken” door using GPS?
I’ve been back and forth with customer service. The door was working fine for several months and then suddenly it started closing early. Sometimes up to 2 hours early. It did this once while I was out of province and wouldn’t be back for two weeks. Had to have a neighbour download the app just to reprogram it for me.
This week (after reprogramming it on March 7 to close 10 minutes after sunset based on GPS) it closed 40 minutes early. Per customer service this is normal?
Is anyone else running into this problem or is it just me? I’m just trying to figure out if we have a faulty one or it’s supposed to randomly close whenever it wants to at night.
