Just finished my run!! We live in an urban track home, building a 12 foot by 4 foot coop with run. Super Easy so far.

Cool project. I'd recommend doing something about the grass/weeds in the gap before fencing it and blocking off access

Took about 15 hours total

x3 on this. Not sure if that's the house or just a shed or garage, but it'll be difficult to do routine maintenance of any sort of either structure with the run right up against it. I'd relocate it now before it becomes an issue.

Also the roof above it is sloped so that rainwater will divert into the run.
