Sapphire sky

I got a couple of sapphire sky chicks from TSC a while back. The chicks are now 8 weeks old. These two chicks are supposedly the same breed but they look very different. From what I’ve read, I think the breed is an americauna hybrid. I think the black/brown is a hen, and the gray is a rooster. Also I’m pretty sure thre gray one has started crowing - I’ve heard crows a few mornings. Thoughts?
