Seamless Metal Leg Bands

So I'm thinking I need to find seamless metal leg bands for my mallard (possibly rouen) ducks. Online, I've found metal and I've found seamless. However, the metal bands were adjustable and the seamless were plastic. Where can I find seamless and metal? Maybe I should just go to a blacksmith...

Not sure if they sell thoose. Besides if your ducks are older most seamless leg bands need to be put on while young. I like the ABA leg bands
