Sebastopol geese for sale in Iowa

We are cutting back and have decided to sell our geese... we have 5 adults who are 2 years old (we think 2 males and 3 females but possibly 4 females) and we have 4 goslings born in April (we think 2 males & 2 females). I will have pictures available on the internet soon. Very social geese, they love to hang out by our back door and they absolutely adore bread and veggie snacks! We will miss them as they provide us with a lot of laughs, but we need to simplify (relative term, of course

) our lives at this point. They are priced at $50 each (price negotiable for multiples) and are located in central Iowa.

Wondering if you would be willing to ship the goslings possibly?

Quite honestly, I don't know a lot about shipping poultry (personally never done it) and these goslings are now nearly as big as the adults. I would be willing to ship them if there is a safe way to do it. Anyone have experience shipping large geese?

We would prefer for the groups to go together, one group being the adults and the other group being the goslings (that's what I meant by multiples, sorry for not being clearer, I should have written that differently). To sell them by pairs, we would sell them for $45 each.

What part of Iowa do you live in??? Im in NE Missouri...

I am 40 minutes west of Ames or an hour NW of Des Moines.

I did a little research and it looks like it can be done safely via Express Mail and the USPS. Take a look at this link..

at the bottom is also a link to the USPS regarding shipping poultry. It also says you need a Horizon shipping box, which would be about $26...

Well from that info i figured out the shipping appox. I used Des monies zip to my zip is 50 plus I would have to buy the shipping box online and have it shipped to you then you could put them in and ship to me overnight by USPS Express mail, the container is 15 so up to 65 to get them here and that's not too bad, I figured it based on 9 lbs. that is the limit of the container which has 4 separate compartments for the goslings, I am assumming their weight, could you tell me how much you want for all four plus I would pay all shipping, and it would be overnight, these shipping compartments are cool with air holes and everything...let me know
