Semi-Hennie Feathering or not?

can you consider this as a hennie feathering? does the cockerel has a heterozygous gene for Hf? the breed of the chicken is a Red jungle fowl , around 10-12 months old. coloring in the chest area seems uncommon for an RJF and the 2 tail feather is not very long. thanks.

Normal Feathering out of a young Red JungleFowl Cockerel. They all feather out similarly but at different rates.
