Sex of Easter egger

Beautiful cockerel! He is a Rhode Island Red, not an EE.

I am not convinced that is a male, though of course could be. Agree it is likely a RIR. Can you get a clear close up photo of the face, side view showing comb and any wattle formation?
Also what color are the legs? They look pink in the last photo. RIR normally have yellow legs.

TSC is notorious for mis-labeling the chicks breeds.
