I had thought about deworming. If he is already weakened worming may put further strain on his system. Normally I use flubendazole but it's a seven day course. I've got Safeguard for goats and I may give that a try.I know you said he doesn't have bad poops, and that the following could be deemed as tired, overused advice...but I'd worm a chicken with Henry's issue.
Particularly since you know at least one other in the group recently had worms--did you end up worming all of them already?
It's possible the worms are causing irritation without diarrhea yet. Wormers like fenbendazole/Safeguard can be administered in light doses, are relatively low risk, and treat a range of worms and protozoal parasites that could be contributing to Henry's intermittent quietude.
Just throwing that out there as food for thought. Hope that sun and warmth return soon.

Hahahaha! (Clicking the laughing-reaction-emoji felt inadequate).
We had this cold front, too. It brought 8" of UNforecasted snow, so light and fluffy it floated sideways to coat our porch, settle in our boots (which we hadn't brought inside overnight because of the 0% chance of snow), and past strategically placed shade cloths to coat the chicken runs.Cross-posted from my journal thread:
It's 20°F this morning, electric power still on, I am thankful. Everything is coated with ice.
The shade cloth I have on top of the hoop coop has kept the majority of winter precipitation off the ground inside the run.
We are supposed to drop down to 18/-7 tonight, but no snow. I always feel a bit ripped off when we get below freezing and don't get snow. :-( Extra straw in the coops tonight and prepped to do early AM water runs.We had this cold front, too. I won't revisit the string of F-bombs that tumbled from my lips upon waking up to this (there's a driveway under there):

Not usually a "complain about the weather" type. However, after so many severe conditions this winter, including the tail end of a tornado 2 weeks ago, I'm over it. Burnt smack out.

It was a "sledding to the chickenyard with non-frozen water, stay in the coop squished against the radiant heaters except when eating snacks" kind of day.

Merle & girls' run 10 minutes after scooping out a couple inches of snow. Whatever!

Anyway, no worries because Merle & girls loathe cold weather and didn't leave the coop. Temperatures barely reached the low 20sF/-6C.
Dre and his adventurous Baes, the Miss Decembers, did stretch their legs every moment the sun peeked out.

The cold should luckily begin to let up tomorrow by lunch, unless there are other unforecasted surprises in store.
Hang in there, Henry20/02.
Two hours. Occasional rain but a whopping 9C!
Henry was up and about when I arrived but still looking rough.
We had a cuddle as I got some more rooster booster into him. He didn't eat with the others but after our cuddle he happily ate chopped nuts and a couple of blueberries and later, ate about 50 grams of the feed. He looked better as the afternoon wore on and went to roost much later than yesterday.

I have asked at the local vet. They told me they don't prescribe or carry out any procedure without seeing the patient. This in many case means one appointment to introduce the patient and another for treatment in many cases. £75.00 for the first appointment. Is it possible to sweet-talk a veterinary office into doing a fecal analysis for more guidance?
