I'm pretty sure they're just drop shippers since they don't have any npip number, don't go in to detail about their farms and their pictures of birds are from other places on the internet.
The prices on chicks is insane.
I'd cancel.

They could be a scammer from India. I would definitely file a police report/credit card fraud report, etc. Before you place another order with someone else, check on this site to see what folks' experience has been with the place you're trying to order chicks from. There are a lot of scammers out there.

If you don't report it and fight, they'll just keep conning folks.

If they are threatening you, document everything and take it to the police in addition to filing a charge back, don't let them push you around
